Available at the reception of our exhibition venues, each Tot’Confort contains a selection of sensory and soothing objects allowing everyone to adapt their journey according to their needs and reduce surrounding stimuli.

The Tot’Confort is aimed at anyone wishing to experience a serene and personalized visit, in complete autonomy and at their own pace.

The contents of each Tot’Confort:
- Squeeze ball
- Fidgets
- Magnifying glass
- Noise-canceling headphones (child or adult)

FC (Facilitated Communication)

Documents presenting the structure in Easy To Read and Understand (FALC) are available online and at reception.

These documents can also be downloaded to help you prepare for your visit on the practical information page.

A booklet in FALC also presents the exhibitions. You can request this booklet at reception to visit the exhibitions. You can also download this booklet to prepare for your visit. You can use it alone or in a group.

Blind and visually impaired people

The mediation team offers oral mediation services. The entire visitor services department at Frac Île-de-France has been made aware of visual impairments and trained in the principle of whispering.

The Souffleurs d’images service
