For the fifth consecutive year, a group of young people from the town of Vincennes has been invited to explore the various aspects involved in staging a contemporary art exhibition, encompassing choosing works, mediation and the layout.

Through a selection of major works from the Frac Île-de-france collection, Haut les mains/Hands Up addresses the numerous dimensions of body language in art, from the dancing body with Éléonore False to sign language with Damir Ocko, through to Jean-Luc Moulène’s demanding and political gesture.
