MAKE IT WORK / Le Théâtre des négociations

From 29 to 31 May 2015, Nanterre-Amandiers and Sciences Po organized a negotiation simulation about climate with 200 international students. True “rehearsal” of the COP 21, which will take place in Paris in December 2015, the simulation with social sciences, theater, film and visual arts, will transform the theater into an experimentation and inventiveness place. Bringing artists, searchers and students, they will imagine and experiment other way to negotiate about the climate. The philosopher Bruno Latour, Frédérique Aït-Touati (EHESS) and laboratory team Speap, director Philippe Quesne, co-director of Nanterre-Amandiers and German architects raumlaborberlin, develop a real direction between students and public to think and invent together!

The frac île-de-france is a partner of Théâtre des négotiations. In the Vidéothèque mobile, Fabrice Gygi invite participants to watch a serie of documentary video around the themes of climate and negotiation. A number of artists’ films are proposed by the frac île-de-france, including works by Graham Gussin, Benoît Maire, Michel Blazy, Cao Fei and Vincent Ganivet.
