Noisy-le-Grand and Bondy (93)
Using science fiction as a tool, the artist Laura Burucoa is inviting different groups of residents of Seine-Saint-Denis to work with her to formulate and construct narratives that tell the story of changes in the area around them. The idea is to move away from the clichés of science fiction, and make room for stories that are too little told, speculations and projections about the future, and the discreet changes taking place in the area. The artist is co-producing a collective work with users of the Maison pour tous du jardin des sources (Noisy-le-Grand) and the Maison de quartier Daniel Balavoine (Bondy). Taking the form of a companionship, the project will form the basis of a research project on co-creation. Laura Burucoa will be accompanied by Céline Poulin, director of the Frac Île-de-France, and artist-researcher Marie Preston.
