Frac île-de-france, in partnership with the Théâtre des Amandiers in Nanterre, proposes a selection of art videos that echo the Theatre’s programme in the Vidéothèque mobile. Created in 1998 by Fabrice Gygi, this installation made out of simple elements (benches, rows of seats, monitors…), which easily create a resource and meeting space.

Why Artivism
Organized in support of the freedom of artistic expression, Why Artivism is a transnational public marathon reading of The Origins of Totalitarianism by Hannah Arendt. The event will deal with the potentialities of Artivism today -he event will deal with the potentialities of Artivism today – artistic research as an instrumental of social transformation – and with the totalitarianism and the current, political situation in Europe, including issues as surveillance, individual and collective freedoms.
